Hi! My husband and I have been ttc off and on for about 3 months, really a lot this month. I was pregnant last year, but I lost the baby at 13 weeks. It has taken me almost a year to feel ready again and now I cannot wait. I swear it seems like EVERYONE else is pregnant. My best friend just found out this week. I am very happy for her, but after everything I have been through, it is so hard. Everyone always says "It will happen for you soon" and God I hope they are right. It only took us two months to get pregnant the first time, but I am afraid that since the miscarriage something is wrong with me. I know I sound so whiney (sp?) but I think my friends and family are tired of me talking about it. Maybe it's just me. Anyway, thanks for listening.

Thought I'd check this out to try to find others who are TTC. Seems like everyone in my life lately has already "c" (conceived). Not only that, but they conceived after 1 month of TTC, and some not even trying. Sort of discouraging. My husband is wonderful, but he can't understand how emotional the whole process is. Hopefully I'm in good company with you all. Been trying for 4 months, which I know isn't long compared to some, but it feels like a slow process. Not only that, but I feel like I'm not really in control of the process.

Is there anything I can do to contribute more to the process, or is it just a waiting game, waiting for O-ing'?
